On Monday, I posted the offer for the pilot cohort of the 5-Figure Private Coaching program at a greatly reduced price of just $49/month for three months, with work beginning December 1. Tiny Tribers - For those of you who attended my workshop last week, you'll recall that I mentioned 'The Content Path' includes offering paid newsletters, communities, and group coaching. I also mentioned that these are the most challenging products/services to sell (and bring in the lowest ROI) when your subscriber/email list is less than 10,000 (see the first graphic). Conversely, private 1:1 coaching and done-for-you (DFY) services are the easiest to sell and command much higher prices and ROI. Yet, many Tiny Tribers (me included some years back) turn to content side hustles - ebooks, newsletters, low-priced communities, self-paced courses, etc., and become frustrated when they don't fly off the shelves. 😬 Here's why they're tough to sell: THE CLIENT HAS TO DO ALL THE WORK. 😖 😻 Here's why DFY services sell: THE CLIENTS GET MOST OF THE WORK DONE FOR THEM 😍 🐹 The Content Path is more scalable, but you need an extensive list (>10,000) to support a 5-figure MRR. This might surprise you, but the fastest path to making five-figure revenues for a tiny tribe DOESN'T include selling eBooks, courses, or even paid memberships UNLESS you have a list of at least 8,000. Yet, most of us with smaller tribes take this first step to increase revenue.
