šŸŽ„NOW PLAYING: Leads on Demand
Need more qualified leads? Not just more "conversations"... I mean actual replies. Real convos, from people who can buy. I learned this from @Travis Sago And once you see it, you can’t unsee it. Back when he was in the Navy, he’d go out with his buddy Jeffrey. 6'2", blonde, blue eyes… looked like a movie star. Travis? More like Danny DeVito next to him. You’d expect Travis to "lose." But every time: šŸ‘‰ Jeff got 2 or 3 numbers šŸ‘‰ Travis got 10+ You know why? Travis wasn’t trying to ā€œcloseā€. He found a missing step. Instead of going: Stranger → Ask for number He went: Stranger → IOI → THEN ask That’s it. That’s the whole game. And it works everywhere: šŸ‘‰ DMs šŸ‘‰ emails šŸ‘‰ snail mail and more Skip this step… You get ignored. Use it? You open WAY more conversations. Watch the video below šŸ‘‡ In this training, Travis breaks down the missing step. This one thing changes people's entire lead game. (I know it changed mine) PS After you watch… If you’re the type who learns by doing and wants more examples… Sound off below šŸ‘‡

Hello from the new owner
Hey! If I were doing this intro by the book, I should probably tell you about my past achievements and try damn hard to make a good first impression (cue the fireworks.) As you’ll see in some of the stuff I’ll be sharing with ya, I don’t always follow the ā€œbookā€. So I’ll just start by being real. Hey! I'm Leandro, and I'm a Brazilian dude who loves playing guitar, having a beer with friends, and hanging out with my wife and 8-year-old daughter, who’s growing up way too fast. (Because making money should fit around your life, not the other way around, right?) I partner with legends like @Travis Sago and work behind the scenes with industry giants like Dan Wardrope, Chris Von Wilpert, and Justin Brooke, to name a few. My thing is helping entrepreneurs generate leads AND convert ā€˜em into $1K-$50K deals without phone calls. Over the next few days, I’ll be hanging out in the comments and DMs, getting to know you a bit better. I’m also excited to learn what’s already working inside this community. But enough about me. I want to know a bit about you. Feel free to answer just one or all three: šŸ‘‰ First: what song have you had on repeat lately? šŸ‘‰šŸ‘‰ Second: what biz are you in? šŸ‘‰šŸ‘‰šŸ‘‰ And here's the big one: What's the ONE thing you'd love to eliminate from your sales process forever if you could, assuming it wouldn't hurt your results? Looking forward to getting to know you. To your next deal, Leandro P.S. Yes, I'm the guy who closed Jason Fox through cold outreach and ended up acquiring his community. Proof that you don't need to be annoying to get the attention of busy founders. You just need the right stance… and the right system. P.P.S. If you don’t have time to answer all 3 questions, that’s cool. Please don’t leave me hanging on your song though! šŸ˜†

@Bryan Hardy thank you so much, and ahh cool! I was hooked on brain.fm for a while, but I like the plain rain sounds myself :) Cool. Does that mean that you're getting most or all your business via cold outreach/outbound right now?

@Rachel Keyser ohhh I know how that feels :) Are you the one doing the calls right now? (dm'd ya btw :)
The secret to more leads than you can shake a stick at
I don't use the word secret lightly. Before you can have all the SALES you want… You gotta get ā€˜dem LEADS. People think getting leads is hard. They're kinda right. But with this secret I learned from this redneck from Arkansas named @Travis Sago... More leads than you can shake a stick at is in your near future. Travis has this superpower for generating leads on demand. He figured it out in the Navy back in the 90s while trying to get girls' phone numbers in San Diego. I can’t thank him enough for teaching me what I’m about to share. He’d go out with his buddy, Jeffrey. Jeffrey was 6'2", blonde, blue eyes. Built like a Norse God. Travis? By his own admission, he looked like Danny DeVito standing next to him. They'd go to a bar in San Diego called the Red Onion. You’d think Travis didn’t stand a CHANCE, right? But at the end of the night, Jeffrey would have maybe 2 or 3 numbers, while Travis would walk out with 10 or more. Travis realized there was a "missing step" to getting peopleā€˜s attention . Years later, he took that exact same missing step and applied it everywhere. DMs, emails, communities, cold outreach... doesn't matter. It’s the reason he can talk to a tiny list where the owner can’t get 40 replies... and pull 40 leads that turn into $10k to $25k cash that same day. I learned this method from him. It's the exact same "Danny DeVito" missing step I use in my campaigns. Everybody in this space is obsessed with trying to be reaaally attractive. Having the perfect script, the slickest profile, the hardest close. But getting a stranger to go from "cold" to "yes" in one giant leap is HARD. It’s almost like asking someone to marry you before you ask for their name. Yeah, maybe it works on a few, select people? That's why most cold DMs get ghosted. They make the ask too big, right from the get-go. They should be focusing on a simple thing: š—§š—µš—² š—»š—²š˜…š˜ š—œ.š—¢.š—œ. It’s the same framework I used to cold-DM Jason Fox - out of the blue - and close him to take over this very community.

Why Ben is getting ignored (and how to fix it)
I got this cold DM from Ben. It’s not the worst I’ve seen, but he’s making the classic 'Service Provider' mistake: He’s leading with his numbers and his PRODUCT instead of a conversation. Truth is, nobody wakes up and think ā€œboy, do I hope to get invited to a strategy session today!ā€ Here’s the simple ā€œtrickā€ to make cold DMs start to click. Don’t try to ā€œcloseā€ anyone… just open conversations. The Challenge: If you were Ben, and you wanted to actually GET A REPLY, without sounding like a bait and switch play… How would you rewrite this? Drop your 'Conversation Opener' version for Ben below. šŸ‘‡šŸ‘‡ BONUS: If you wanna drop me one of your own examples below, you get extra bonus points!

@Simcha Ehrman that's a great way of thinking - being super relevant. There's another hack though that get waaaay more responses... Which is thinking about CONVERSATION OPENERS

@Simcha Ehrman haha! eliminate all the rest, stick with just "hey Simcha, do you own a toy brand?" Not saying this is the best opener ever, but that alone... Doesn't it feel much easier to respond to, versus the one in the image?
Name this Software and WIN!
Do you recognize the software tool in the pic? I've used TWO follow-ups for years. šŸ‘‰One follow-up is only 2 words long. šŸ‘‰The 2nd follow-up is 7 words. šŸ’„Used together, they often DOUBLE my responses! If you take a GUESS at what SOFTWARE this is...(comment below) Then... šŸŽI will DM you the 2 words. Even if you're WRONG. If you correctly name the software tool... šŸŽšŸŽI'll DM you BOTH... The 2-word and 7-word response. One of my colleagues says the 7-word response has made him at least 6 figures. Let's go! šŸ‘‡ šŸ‘‡ šŸ‘‡
