BEST thing i've learned so far is how to interact with AI ! Thank you Trevor for creating this course-- it moved me beyond my comfort zone! I had poo-poo'd AI, and now I have to say that I was incorrect. its VERY helpful, and can help move an idea forward. I had to create the outline for my 55+ community video and the AI outline (I used Gemini from Google) was really a VERY good start. What I most liked about it is that it gave a short narrative on what the potential B-roll could look like, and this would be helpful for an editor. I have had good luck using editors from Fivrr. I will not post the outline here, except to say that the encouragement to use AI was profound, and a game-changer for me. Never stop learning! :)

The video topic/niche I'm working on is 55+ communities. This is for my real estate channel. The title of the video I found is: Avoid Living in a 55 plus community - Problems in Adult Retirement Communities Don't Buy 55+. The channel has 176k subscribers, and this video had 1M views. The thumbnail was the scene of a large fire burning in the background, and it said, "Living in 55 Plus WILL BE HELL". I mean, this is about as negative as one can get--the thumbnail just made me laugh--one can't argue that this whole negative thing sells, but I just can't be 100% negative--so i'll have to figure out a way to do it authentically for my personality. But yeah, 1M views and a thumbnail that came straight out of a leaflet for Dante's Inferno... hilarious!

Just for FUN I copied the "living hell" theme other YouTubers had for the 55+ communities...Im not sure if i'll use it or not, however it was good to get into Canva and practice removing backgrounds, moving text etc. Next up is titles!!
