While I was away on holiday with my daughter, creating memories..…our community got a little smaller. A handful of people decided this journey wasn’t for them. And you know what? That’s okay. Because building something meaningful has never been about convincing everyone to stay. It’s about showing up for the people who choose to back themselves. Every single one of you who logs in, watches a training, asks a question, shares a win, reaches out for support or simply decides to keep going—even when it feels uncomfortable—is making a decision that matters. You’re choosing growth over comfort. You’re choosing possibility over certainty. You’re choosing to invest in a future version of yourself that doesn’t exist yet… but will if you keep showing up. That’s something to be incredibly proud of. I know this journey isn’t always easy. There will be moments you doubt yourself. Days when nobody replies to your messages. Weeks when your content feels like it’s disappearing into the void. Times when you wonder if it’s all worth it. 👏🏼 Keep 👏🏼 going 👏🏼 anyway! Because the people who create extraordinary results aren’t always the most talented. They’re the ones who stay in the room long enough to learn, adapt and keep backing themselves. Congratulations @Chloe Confoy for hitting Bronze in just 4 days. Chloe is on maternity leave with 8 months left. A facilities manager in defence. A mum to a 9 year old and a brand new baby. And she still said yes. She didn’t wait until life was quieter. She started in the middle of it. That’s exactly the kind of woman who builds something real. We cannot wait to watch you grow Chloe.
