Is anyone else getting a message requiring a user name a password in order to access the marketing materials?

Has anyone had success entering a prospect and starting the email campaign? I have watched the vidoes and also the additional training we did with Wolf and I still don't understand how to begin the system with the new prospect. Can anyone share some advice?
