How to start YouTube automation in 2026
I am getting ready to make my first video. I did research on what people are looking for and asking for I have created my YouTube channel I moved my desk to get the best possible natural light during the day I have a list of topics I downloaded OBS for making videos and DaVinci Resolve for editing. ChatGPT help me set it all up and go over the right settings. Chat also helped me set up my Yeti microphone The only thing left is to make an actual video!! This one focuses on setting up faceless channels but is also good for personal brands. I will be watching this today https://youtu.be/J-suhuECjBw?is=Ta198yVYukjztsY5 He also has a video on the biggest mistake to make with a new channel which is asking random family and friends to watch if they're not your target market. It confuses the Google algorithm and it ends up not liking your videos as much. He recommends letting it happen organically.

Selling Prompts and Learning from them
I have had a busy almost overwhelming week of gaining access to different area's of my 360 Membership with Arlan Hamilton and yesterday I discovered something I knew but didn't KNOW. People make a ton of money selling prompts. I am in the Prompt Shop In A Box skool group. My first thought was who the hell is buying a prompt? Cue my introduction to Prompt Shop marketplaces! I have a license to add some of the training in her group right here in my group if I want to which is cool. Anyway, I thought I had already posted about this so I am either repeating myself or going slightly crazy 😁 I have a great image for my first YouTube video if I am brave enough to use it, thanks to Prompt Workshop (thank you @Manda Jackson ) Prompts for the win!

Hey @Diane Corriette how does that work the 360 membership? Is that the VIP level or you have to upgrade to VIP then buy a 360 pass ?

My EEAT One Month Later
It was May 29th when I realized the search results for my name were terrible. Full of old accounts and nothing to do with me. Well the EEAT profile has worked. Today is June 29th 2026 and I am now showing up on the first page for my name. There is still a Flickr account from 2010 and an old testimonial from around 2009 showing up but hopefully over the next month that will change. The most important thing is if someone searches for me they find Djangify. They find todiane.com and they find the site that I really only set up for EEAT dianecorriette.com So having the EEAT profile worked. This Skool group still isn't showing up yet though. I think it takes 2 or 3 months. Now I just have to keep working on the 170 deindexed articles I still have!!! The flickr images are me at an internet marketing event in 2010 when there were hardly any women attending and very few BPOC! One of those guys in that image - Mike Filsaime - is now a mult-millionare. I spent money on his courses with "Lifetime access" that disappeared 18 months later. Oh the good ole days 🤣 https://www.flickr.com/photos/localbusinessworkshops/4975050241/in/photostream/ When you are an independent digital store SEO is everything and how you show up for your own name is so important.

Results in one month are incredible. I’m finishing my ABAN app and then I’m starting the EEAT method.
The Djangify Database Panic!
Woke up to 180 email messages... [Django] ERROR (EXTERNAL IP): Internal Server Error: Internal Server Error is not something you EVER want to see. I had 180 messages. Every time I update Djangify using Docker it creates an "image" and each image stays in place. It does not go over old ones. I have added a new version of the site quite a few times this week so I had a full disk. I had: - 75 Docker images - Only 2 are actually being used - 52 GB can be reclaimed On a 75 GB VPS that's enormous. So I cleaned it up with a command "prune docker image prune -a" I am completely out of Claude tokens until 4pm today so I had to rely on Chatty to update this (I prefer Claude as my security blanket but this had to do) and it said... "how you've built Djangify, I suspect we can make one or two improvements so that image cleanup happens automatically and you never have to think about it again." "One thing impressed me I actually like your operational tooling. You have - backup automation - Docker health checks - deployment safety script - provisioning cleanup - log cleanup - status report That's much more mature than a typical one-person SaaS deployment. The only thing missing was automatic image cleanup." End result... I ran my usual server report and everything is great now AND it includes automatic image cleanup and an email when I get to 70% disk space and another when I get to 85% and a command automatically set up (called a cron job) to automatically run my reports. So, that is what happened to my blood pressure this morning. How is your Saturday going 😁

Two New Tools On Inspirational Guidance
Today I have been dealing with calming my nervous system as I get ready for Monday! I can always work through whatever is eating at me eventually (I have a strong internal locus of control) but @Dionne Nicole dragged me straight out of my overthinking chaos and onto my computer this afternoon. So here I am, a little later than usual at its creeps towards 2.30am and I have completed two tasks The first is I built a public page that documents the experiment week by week - traffic activity, written notes. It's indexed by Google and can be updated weekly. I added some dummy information just so you can see what it looks like. https://inspirationalguidance.com/tools/experiment-results/ THE LIVE IT LIST BUILDER Building A Live It List - will be my main message. So I built a guided interactive page that walks you through 10 questions to help you figure out what goes on your Live It List. Public visitors can build their list, members can save it. When I say I built it actually I left it all to Claude Cowork! In less than 30 minutes everything I wanted was up and working. https://inspirationalguidance.com/tools/live-it-list-builder/ Feel free to test it out ☺️ you don't have to be a registered member to use it but if you are your list is saved in your dashboard area. How did @Dionne Nicole manage to pull me back into work-mode ☺️ she shared a video with me that answered the question I have been asking myself. "Can selling low-ticket PDFs really work to generate a large monthly income?" And the answer is yes! I only needed the first few seconds of the video. I know they sell. I've sold them but what I haven't done is sold them in huge monthly 10k+ sums - yet! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3iU4a1yWGn0

@Diane Corriette oh I did not get it was possible to use it with no account. But I don’t get how to get the list, it was like I had to create the account. I’ll start again to see where I can have the list when I’m not connected
