My biggest self sabotage is procrastinating. It is something that I am really trying to work on. Because it feels great once I get it done. I will spend way too much time scrolling on my phone instead of doing what I should do. I read something the other day that said everything you want is on the other side of doing what you don’t want to do. Example: you don’t want to do laundry but you want clean clothes to wear or you don’t want to do the dishes but you live the feeling of a clean house. I also wonder if the reason why I am struggling with identifying what my authentic self is fear of being judged or the self doubt.

I just added in morning workouts. I love that it gets my day started out right. Definitely make better choices throughout the day because it started by moving my body. The two things that I will implement this week: I will put on eye makeup everyday. I feel better when that is done and feel like it helps raise my vibration. Also I will take my supplements twice a day. I remember to do it once a day but forgot a lot of times in the evening.

I think I definitely live in more of a conditioned self. I would love to figure out more what is my authentic self. I think I have always been conditioned to take care of everyone else. And put myself last. I am definitely a people pleaser and I don’t like to rock the boat. So I think I need to do some work on him figuring out what is my authentic self.

I watched this while walking on the treadmill and I noticed how beautiful the sun was coming in the window and how my body was loving the way it feels on my walk
