🎧 Song Check-In
Sometimes a song doesn’t “randomly” pop into your head…it’s your energy trying to get your attention. Instead of ignoring it, we’re using it. From now on, when a song loops in your mind, drop a 🎧 Song Check-In using the prompt below. Song: (What song randomly came to you?) Lyric that stood out: (What line keeps repeating?) Current moment: (What were you doing or thinking right before it popped up?) Mirror message: (What could this song be reflecting about your energy right now?) Truth I don’t want to admit: (Keep it real. No performance.) My shift: (What energy am I choosing instead?) Aligned action (small but real): (What will I actually do differently after this?) This is how you stop overthinking and start listening—to yourself. Your life already has a soundtrack. Now you know how to read it.

🔮 DAILY PRACTICE — BUILDING INTUITION
Your intuition usually speaks quietly first. The problem isn’t always that we can’t hear it… it’s that we second guess it. --- ✨ Today’s Practice: Before making a small decision today: - pause for a moment - notice your FIRST feeling - don’t overanalyze it immediately Examples: - what to wear - who to respond to - where to go - what feels off - what feels right --- 🪞 Ask yourself: > “What did I feel before I started thinking?” --- 💬 Comment with: - one word describing your intuition lately or - whether your intuition feels loud, quiet, blocked, or strong right now

The ability to follow my gut feelings has been about the biggest blessing ever. It has saved my life...
I missed Q&A because
I’ve been a little under the weather, but I still want to pour into you all 🤍 Drop your questions below and let’s catch up together. No question is too “basic” here — foundations matter. You can ask things like: ✨ How do I start a spiritual routine?✨ What’s the difference between intuition and anxiety?✨ How do I connect with my ancestors?✨ What should I put on an ancestor altar?✨ How do I meditate if my mind won’t stay quiet?✨ What are spiritual baths and how do I use them?✨ How do I protect my energy daily?✨ What’s grounding and why is it important?✨ How do I know if I’m spiritually growing?✨ How do I build consistency with my practice?✨ What’s the best way to start learning tarot?✨ How do I strengthen my intuition?✨ What’s the difference between spirit guides, ancestors, and deities?✨ How do I create healthy spiritual boundaries? This is a judgment-free space to learn, grow, and ask questions you may have been too nervous to ask before 🌿

It's a daily challenge., It use to be a daily struggle when I felt I had to always be ok while providing and giving aid, attention to everyone else. That became the basis of ny every day life. And in order for me to really feel like I am making a difference or made a difference I needed to change the narrative and perspective on how and why I was doing certain things and even more important who I was doing things for... I now do it for me 100% It's krazy but ever since I learned not to expect anything back . I started to feel much more free. Not heavy. I do what I can and when I can. My mirror is my best friend it keeps me in check lol
WHAT ARE YOU APPRECIATIVE OF?
