reset WEDNESDAY: Its BREAKFAST Time
Brothers, Here we are. And your protocol for today and this weekend along with final prompts. If you started fasting Sunday morning, we are officially at 72 hours. Some of you broke last night at your own 72-hour mark. Some of you are pushing into 96 and already eating clean. Wherever you are on the map, you did it. Honor yourself for this. I am honoring myself. Every moment across the last three days where the voice said "I want to eat" and your higher self said "not yet," that was the rep. That was you using your mind as a tool to honor your body. This is what discipline actually looks like from the inside. Now here is the break-fast protocol. Read it before you eat. BREAKING THE FAST: Your digestive lining is sensitive right now. You have not put anything through it in three days. Whatever goes in first, your body may push right through you. You may need to go number two, and it may come out liquidy. That is fine. It is your body finishing what it was doing. Do not fight it, do not eat through it, just let it happen. Choose ONE of the following for your first bite. Sauerkraut. Fermented, gentle, wakes the gut with live probiotics. A small spoonful, chewed slowly. Kefir. Also fermented, easy on the stomach, good bacteria delivered fast. Bone broth. Heat it up, add a pinch of salt, sip on it like soup. Protein without the digestive work. Fruit. Berries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries. This is my usual go-to. Nutrients and clean energy delivered fast. Wait 30 to 60 minutes before eating anything else. Listen to your body. That is the whole game right now, being in tune with what it is telling you. Second meal, a few hours later. Eggs, organic yogurt, or a small version of the options above. Third meal, later in the day. Wild caught fish and steamed vegetables, or a clean salad with avocado and olive oil. No bread, no sugar, no fried food, no alcohol. FOURTH OF JULY: Saturday is the 4th. Burgers, hot dogs, drinks, dessert. All the things that can undo everything you just did.

Evan, thank you again for all the support, encouragement, tips, and advice during this 7 day reset. The last day was the toughest for me. My energy level was very low. I literally slept the last 6 hours of my 72 hours.lol. I’ve been living the IF lifestyle for 6 years now and I regularly do a 24-36 hr fast. This was the first time I refed with no stomach ache after eating. My reset goals were autophagy and to regain my control over food and not the other way around. Lost about 7 lbs but most importantly lost inches which means fat cell shrinkage. Great news: I did comprehensive lab work on myself around the 36 hr. mark. All parameters are great. Fasting glucose =61 CRP( Inflammation marker) = 0.3 very low. Ketone = moderately Elevated as expected. So yes, fasting does not really cause stress to the body. On the contrary, it gives the body a chance to rest the digestive system which touches the other systems of the body. It’s like savasana in yoga. We refrain from moving that way the brain can rest. 🧘🏽‍♂️
reset TUESDAY: Still Fasted? Hour 48-72 Final Turn
Brothers, The full moon came out. We are in full moon energy. It came into the sky at 7:57pm. We saw it bright around 8:30 to 8:45pm Eastern, and from 9 to 9:30 it was shining. You can actually go outside right now and still probably see it. I personally was on the beach going through my prompts. So here we are, approaching hour 48. Some of you who started Saturday night are now at hour 60. What a journey it is. From hour 48 to hour 60, here is what has happened to your body. Autophagy has been ramping for the last full day. Your cells have been clearing out damaged proteins and broken machinery you have been carrying for years. Insulin is at the floor. Your brain has been running on ketones, not glucose. Growth hormone has been elevated. You have likely slept differently than you have in a long time. Here is what is happening right now. The cleanup is going deeper. Your immune system is starting to regenerate. BDNF, the protein that builds new brain cells, is climbing. Stem cells are beginning to mobilize. The mental clarity you are feeling is not in your head, it is in your blood. Here is what will happen for the rest of today and into tomorrow. As you cross into hour 60 and approach hour 72, stem cell production peaks. Your immune system gets an actual reboot. Old cells are recycled. Inflammation drops in places you have not been able to address with anything else. This is the protocol earning its name. Congratulate yourself. Be proud. For those of you who started Saturday night, you are rounding 72 hours. If you can make it to tomorrow morning for a group breaking of the fast, that is awesome. If you need to break the fast tonight at the 72-hour mark, here is what to do. Get yourself some organic sauerkraut and start with that. Another way is to sip on bone broth. Add some salt, heat it up, sip slowly. That is protein, and it will be the first thing entering your body. Some of you might have to go number two, and it might be a little uncomfortable. That is why we slow refeed. Pay attention to that.

Still going. Breaking my fast with bone broth tonight.
reset MONDAY Evening: Full Moon is Here
Brothers, We're here. Some of you are approaching the 36-hour mark. Some of you are at 48. Either way, you're in it. The full moon is on the rise, and at 7:57pm tonight it will be fully flashed and shining a light on us. I want to encourage you to block off some time tonight. Go put your feet on the ground. Take your shoes off. Get on the soil if you can. Sit in a chair, have your journal ready, and just be in surrender. Ask for what you need to know. What I am going to be doing at 7:57pm is asking, "tell me what I need to know in order to evolve." Then I am going to sit in silence. I am going to be journaling, writing down whatever is downloading, whatever is coming up. And if nothing comes up, that is also fine. Allow the energy of what's happening to work its way through. Sometimes the downloads don't come until tomorrow. Either way, it's all good. This is what the whole thing is about. The full moon is here. We're here. Then tomorrow, when we wake up, we will be at the next level. Some of us at 48 hours, some at 60. And then we're on the final turn to our 72-hour completion. Drop "still fasting" in the comments below. And add or share anything that is coming up for you right now. Going strong 💪🏼

@Christopher Tejeda I feel for you brother. Hang in there.
reset MONDAY: 24 Hrs of Fasting (or more)
Brothers, You're awake. We are at hour 24. (Some of you hour 36) Whatever you're feeling right now, tired, sharp, hungry, clear, all of it at once, sit with it for a second. Most of you just spent a night your body has not had in months or years. That matters. Here's what's happening in you right now. Autophagy is picking up. Your cells are sorting through the damaged, the worn out parts and breaking them down for parts. Insulin is at the is very low. Ketones are rising. The brain fog you might have felt yesterday is about to lift and turn into the clearest thinking you've had in a long time. You don't have to do anything to make this happen. It happens because you didn't eat. You have 12 hours until hour 36. Some of you are at hour 36 now! Awesome! 12 hours between the man who set the safe target and the man who came here for the actual reset. Today is the alignment day. At 7:57pm tonight, the Strawberry Full Moon hits its peak. Three minutes later, you hit hour 36 or even 48 dependimg on when you started. That is not a coincidence in the schedule. That is the entire reason this protocol exists. Here is today's mission. Stay light on the moves. Walk, sun, salt in your water, sip on it slowly throughout the day. Stay off the food content and the food smells. If you have your kids today, be present with them, not around them. If you don't, get outside before the heat hits. Save the heavy thinking for the evening. If you hit a wall thus afternoon, you are not failing, you are arriving. That is the wall the whole protocol is built around. Breathe through it. Drop a comment in here. We answer. Tonight at 7:57pm, get still. Stop whatever you are doing. Look up if you can see the moon. Mark it. This is the moment you came here for. After that, sleep. Wake up at hour 48 (or 60). Coast home to 72 or more. Water, salt, black coffee. Nothing else. No calories, no supplements. If you feel the want or need to break the fast, keep organic coconut water, organic pressed juice, or beef broth available and next to you. All of those will break the fast, and if you must, then do that. Stay in with us for its entirety. I will be checking in throughout the day and available for each of you if you want one on one support.

Feeling great. Staying busy. Did some Qigong, cleaned the car, a little gardening. Alternating between water and tea. I feel a sense of accomplishment hitting 36 hrs. Proud of everyone who did it and those still doing it. I will be doing a full moon paddle tonight in Ft. Lauderdale. Something I’ve always wanted to do. There’s also a free full moon yoga at Old School Square, Delray Beach at 6:30pm tonight. If anyone is interested.
reset SUNDAY Evening Fasting Day 1
Brothers, You're 12 hours in. Tomorrow morning at 8am, you hit hour 24. And in your head right now there's already a number forming. 24 hours. That's the goal you set for some of you when you signed up, that's the safe target, that's the one your buddy or your lady would tell you was "enough." I'm asking you to throw that number out. Here's why. At hour 24, your body just finished the warm up. Insulin has dropped, you've burned through the easy fuel, you're starting to shift into ketosis. That's it. That's all 24 hours buys you. You did the hard part for the participation trophy. The whole reason you signed up for this is what happens after. Hour 36 is where the work actually starts. That's when autophagy hits full stride. Your body stops digesting food and starts digesting itself, in the cleanest possible way. It breaks down damaged cells, misfolded proteins, the cellular junk you've been hauling around for years. Growth hormone spikes over 1,000%. Ketones start fueling your brain instead of glucose. The mental clarity you've heard about, the kind you cannot fake or buy, lives at hour 36. Here's the part I really want you to hear. Hour 36 lands at 8pm Monday night. That is the exact moment the Strawberry Moon peaks. The peak of your fast and the peak of the lunar cycle hitting at the same time, on purpose. That is not a coincidence in the schedule. That is the entire point of this protocol. You are aligning your internal release with the external cycle. The body is dumping what no longer serves you. The moon is marking it. You get to walk through that doorway awake. Now here's the gift. If you make it to 36, you don't have to grind. You go to sleep. You wake up at hour 48. The hardest stretch of the back half happens while you are unconscious. From 48 you are two thirds of the way home and the finish line is daylight. So when 24 hours hits tomorrow morning and the voice in your head says "you did it, that's enough," recognize that voice. It's the same one that quit on you in your past. The same one that talked you out of the gym, out of the hard conversation, out of the man you said you wanted to be.

Thanks for the pep talk, Evan. Grateful to be part of this group. Water is your best friend during any kind of fast. Thirst is very good at mimicking hunger. Did some journaling on the beach today. Then yoga. I need to hydrate more.
