I'll start us off 🙂 Hi everyone 👋🏻 I'm Christy I'm a systems strategist, founder of Virtually Structured & this community, host of the Simple Systems for Service Providers podcast, and I can lose time designing + building Ai skills + interactive digital products. Most operational support creates dependency, I do the opposite. I help established service providers build clear, custom operating systems so they can run their business without relying on anyone else. What that means in here: you get real answers, not generic advice, tools that unlock as you actually need them, and a front-row seat to how I run my own operations, mistakes included.
