So I’ve literally known I’m supposed to be writing the book, I’ve stopped and started more times than I can count, then fear and self sabotage goes ‘look look, here’s another thing you can do’ then little miss inner critic says ‘the book will be shit, just leave it’ but then it drops in the dream state clear as day and you know it’s time to go 😮‍💨 (I already wrote the date of completion) so that’s my win for today - CLAIMING THE WRITER ROLE LET’S GO 🌹✨

My name is Oceana I live in Sweden and work as a Reiki-teacher, Sound healing therapist and meditation guide in Sweden. After periods of financial loss, separation, and burnout, I was able to break free from a difficult downward spiral through various self-healing practices such as mindfulness, Reiki, sound healing, and physical training. Today, it is a deep passion of mine to give back what helped rebuild me and to share my journey with others. I feel a strong calling to take the next step and to be of service to others.
