Building a Sustainable Business in a Unique Industry
One thing I’ve noticed working with business owners in niche industries is that success often comes not from doing more but from clarity and systems. Small shifts that can make a big difference: - Clearly defining your ideal client and what they value most - Creating simple, repeatable systems for booking, payments, or delivery - Keeping your brand consistent across all touchpoints to build trust Even tiny improvements in these areas can reduce stress and increase revenue, without burning out. What’s one part of your business that feels messy or chaotic right now, and what’s one small change that could make it easier?

One Skill That Matters More Than Most People Expect
Something I’ve learned from running a business (especially in industries that aren’t always straightforward) is that tools and platforms matter — but boundaries matter more. Knowing things like: - what work you will and won’t do - how available you are to clients or customers - what you charge and why - where you draw the line to protect your time and energy These decisions quietly shape how sustainable your business becomes. Without clear boundaries, it’s easy to burn out, undercharge, or feel resentful even when things are “working.” Strong boundaries aren’t about being rigid or unfriendly. They’re about making your business something you can actually maintain long-term. What’s one boundary you’ve had to learn (or are still learning) to set in your business?
