🔥 DAY 1: THE 90-DAY SPRINT STARTS NOW
Today is Day 1. Not tomorrow. Not next week. Today. Some of you are fired up and ready to go. Some of you are nervous. Some of you are still deciding if you're really going to commit to this. Let me be clear: The only way this doesn't work is if you quit. You don't need to be perfect. You don't need to hit every number. You don't even need to feel confident yet. You just need to show up today. Your ONLY job today is to make 20 touches. That's it. Not 100. Not 50. Just 20. 20 phone calls. 20 texts. 20 DMs. 20 door knocks. Or some combination. But here's the rule: They have to be REAL touches. Scrolling doesn't count.Thinking about calling doesn't count.Reorganizing your CRM doesn't count. Only conversations and attempts to create them count. WHAT TO DO RIGHT NOW STEP 1: Block 90 minutes on your calendar Find 90 minutes today. Could be morning, afternoon, or evening. Doesn't matter when. Just block it. STEP 2: Load your list If you chose Database: Pull up your contact list and start at the top. If you chose Expireds: Pull today's expired listings (or use the list you pulled over the weekend). If you chose Absentee Owners: Pull your filtered list from Remine or PropStream. If you chose Farming: Load your Tier 1 prospects (the homeowners with 7+ years ownership and high equity). STEP 3: Load your script Go to the Script Library in Module 2. Pick ONE opening script for your bucket. Print it or pull it up on your screen. Don't overthink it. Just pick one and start. STEP 4: Make the calls Set a timer for 90 minutes. Start dialing. Don't stop until you hit 20 touches or 90 minutes, whichever comes first. WHAT TO EXPECT TODAY Let me tell you what's going to happen: You're going to feel awkward on the first few calls. You're going to stumble over your words. You're going to get voicemails. A LOT of voicemails. You might get a few "not interested" responses. You might even get hung up on.
