🌿 Daily Energy — May 29 | Eight of Cups
You are walking away. Not in anger. Not in bitterness. Not because it was all wrong. But because you finally trust yourself enough to choose what's aligned over what's familiar. The Eight of Cups is one of the most honest cards in the deck. It shows someone leaving — not running — walking away with intention toward something more true. The people pleasing. The self abandonment. The emotional energy spent trying to be enough for people, places and things that were never in alignment with who you actually are. You are setting those down today. This is not loss. This is clarity in motion. What are you walking away from today — and what are you walking toward? Drop a 🌿 below.

I'm walking from being used, feeling like i'm a burden, and the fact that it's still hard to keep the.boundaries that i set because they know i'm not where i once was financially.
✨ WIN & SHIFT OF THE DAY ✨
✨ WIN & SHIFT OF THE DAY ✨ Today’s lesson was powerful. Over the last 24 hours, I experienced a few moments where I felt ignored, unseen, or sensed disapproval. Old energy came up — the kind that says: “Retreat.” “Hide.” “Stop sharing.” “Maybe this isn’t meant for you.” For a moment, I felt the pull to shrink back from something meaningful to me. So I sat with it. I reflected. I pulled cards. And what came through was this: Sometimes the biggest shift is not that discomfort disappears… it’s that we stop abandoning ourselves when discomfort shows up. The message I received today: 🌟 Even when confidence wobbles, trust your inner knowing. 🌱 Nurture what you’re building. 🪙 Keep taking grounded action. 👀 Not everyone will understand your journey — and that’s okay. 🚶🏽‍♀️ Walk away from old patterns that tell you to shrink, hide, or seek approval before moving forward. My win today? I realized I do not have to retreat just because someone else doesn’t see, understand, or approve of my path. Who and what is meant for me will resonate. The journey continues. 💫 What’s one win or shift you experienced today?

This has been going on for the past few days and that's me feeling that my daughter has started to pull away from me after we just started back talking again and like you i had to sit with that. I know i nothing wrong to her, but we talked yesterday and we are good, but I still have those feelings yet i'm learning not to just shrink and close myself up away from them and the problem, or perceived problem.

🔬🌿 Science of the Soul — Where Self Abandonment Lives in the Body
Self abandonment is not just a mindset. It lives in your body. When you override what you feel — when you talk yourself out of your own knowing — your nervous system registers that as a threat. Your body tenses. Your breath shallows. Your chest tightens. Over time repeated self abandonment actually rewires your stress response. Your body learns to distrust its own signals because you keep overriding them. This is why building self trust isn't just emotional work. It's biological work. Every time you honor what you feel — every time you choose your own knowing over someone else's opinion — you're literally retraining your nervous system to feel safe trusting itself. Self trust is not a mindset shift. It's a body based practice. Where do you feel self abandonment most in your body? Drop it below. 🌿

🔬🌿 Science of the Soul — Numbers, Synchronicity and Your Heart Space
Have you ever looked at the clock and it says 11:11? Or you keep seeing the same number sequence everywhere you go? That's not coincidence. And science actually has something to say about it. Your brain has a filtering system called the Reticular Activating System — the RAS. It decides what information reaches your conscious awareness out of the millions of signals your body receives every second. When something becomes meaningful to you — a number, a word, a symbol — your RAS starts flagging it. You don't see it more often. You become more aware of it. But here's where it gets interesting spiritually: What makes something feel meaningful in the first place? Your heart. Research from the HeartMath Institute shows that your heart's electromagnetic field responds to emotionally significant information before your brain consciously registers it. So when you feel that recognition — that quiet knowing when you see 444 or 111 — your heart felt it first. Synchronicity isn't your mind playing tricks. It's your heart in conversation with something larger than your circumstances. What numbers keep showing up for you — and what does your heart say they mean? Drop it below. 🌿
