Hello everyone! I’m LaurenRose and I live in Paris. I’m a singer/songwriter and Priestess of Sacred Sound. Thank you, Irini, for inviting me. I have given birth once…the birth went fairly well, but then I had a prolonged postnatal depression which went undiagnosed. Living in a big city has lots of challenges, and people don’t see each other because of stress. This depression led to a breakdown when I was 30 and my child was 1&1/2. It was a horrendous experience and I suffered a lot thinking of how I couldn’t always be present for my child at such a delicate time. My child suffered as well. I won’t go into the details. Turning to music, writing, and gardening helped me find balance, but it took years and medication as well as therapies of different sorts. I’m a big advocate of soft music and self-care, being in touch with Mother Nature, eating organic foods, (and not much on competition and stressful conditions.) Cooperation is the way of life that benefits all. Many Blessings to you, Sisters❣️
