Whoops just realized I didn’t use the proper title in previous posts Assignment #1: My biggest takeaway is I am being too reserved, I align with the people who don’t want to be pushy and think being nice is the way to go Assignment #2: My biggest concern/challenge is I am introverted but sounds like I could use that to my benefit

@Emily Eastberg haha no problem! This is a great reflection. The key shift is realizing that clear, confident guidance actually serves the patient better. And being introverted can absolutely be a strength! Listening well and being thoughtful in conversations goes a long way in building trust.
