Anyone else obsessing over AI Studio?
My love has been Social Media Marketing forever, but AI Studio is quickly changing that lol! My biggest gripe with Highlevel was the frontend and I was integrating Wordpress and Showit with Highlevel backend. Now it's literally all in one place and I'm so happy. I even integrated an interactive National Park map that when you click on it takes you to a Notion style Aesthetic Page as if you were planning a trip using that site!

Anyone else obsessing over AI Studio?
Sales Question
I'm in love with Highlevel everything lately, especially their new website design software as I've started getting into website design after 6 years of Social Media Marketing, and the first thing I'm asked now is "Do you use AI?" And it's a 50/50 split if the person loves it or either criticizes or very clearly lets me know how much they hate it. I totally don't mind navigating that world, I was just curious if that was everyone else's experience too or if I needed to run ads and target a certain demographic that's more open to it. What are your guys's thoughts?

First Sale Without A Sales Call Today!
Just closed my first website & socials client without a sales call today just through Facebook Messages and it was from a referral of a website I closed last week! After a month of just binging trainings I finally started digging into it and I've never been more excited in my 6 years of doing Marketing. What are you guys charging for websites while I gain my footing with it? I've done Social Media forever and am adding on website design.

@Kathy Miller Thank you!! That's a great idea! that's what I was thinking $97 for just hosting and then if they want socials or a service add it onto that with maybe a setup fee!
Boom! 2500 SEO Client + Another Website
Just sold and onboarded a $2,500 quarterly SEO, reviews and website client. Also sold a website today. $1,000 setup. $100 a month. Keep pushing, everyone! I am rooting for you! p.s. Make a post share your wins. It helps reinforce the actions that created the wins because of all the likes you'll get!

You're crushing it this month!!
Just signed on a my biggest client in the Orlando, FL area!
Guys I just signed on my biggest client offering a content shoot-something I knew we could do well, quickly, they would see immediate ROI and I could build my portfolio locally instead of just my freelance portfolio! What started as a simple content shoot turned into:→ a full website rebuild→ social media marketing→ email automations. And honestly… it was such a good reminder. WE live and breathe this stuff every day, so it feels obvious to us.But to our clients? This is a whole different world. They don’t always know what’s possible. They don’t always know what they need. They don’t always know what to ask for. That’s where you come in. Stop keeping your ideas, strategy, and expertise to yourself.Speak up. Share the vision. Connect the dots for them. Lead with the conversion instead of "I offer. _____service." Because what feels “basic” to you could completely transform their business and I know Clay has touched on this several times. There is so much opportunity in simply saying:“Hey… have you thought about this?” Don’t downplay what you know. That’s the value. You never know what it could turn into like being tapped in to a network that knows absolutely everyone in your community.
