Did you know International Women’s Day (Dzień Kobiet) has been celebrated in Poland since the early 1900s? It became especially popular during the 1960s–1980s, when workplaces and schools would give women small gifts like red carnations 🌹 and even a pair of tights (yes… tights were a real luxury back then!). Today the tradition is still alive and beautiful. Women receive flowers, chocolates, and warm wishes from family, friends, coworkers, and even strangers. Boys and dads give flowers to the women in their families. Teachers receive flowers at school. Kids make cards, younger classes perform little shows and sing songs. It’s honestly one of the sweetest days of the year. You’ll see it everywhere. Women walking down the street holding flowers. Men on TV wishing all women the best. And if a woman happens to be walking without a flower… there is often a gentleman nearby ready to hand her one and say: „Wszystkiego najlepszego z okazji Dnia Kobiet!” (All the best on Women’s Day!) It’s a day to celebrate strength, kindness, and the incredible role women play in families and society. Basically… a whole day dedicated to saying: “Ladies, we see you. We appreciate you.” And honestly? That’s a tradition worth keeping. 🌷 So today… I am sending you all the best wishes to all the amazing women out there. 💛💕💛

Spent the whole day out on the fields today — first soccer games and lacrosse games. Sunshine, cheering, running around… the full kid-sports marathon. 😅 Now I’m heading home and I’m honestly excited to open Skool and see what chaos you all created while I was away. 👀 Who caused the most trouble today?
