I want to talk about Charlotte Smith, my accountability coach 🙂 A few years ago, I was badly struggling with my schedule. I was staying up late, struggling to keep up with work, and had zero systems in place as a solopreneur. Trying to improve everything myself was not working, and giving these tasks to another person was not an option. These were things I had to do myself.
