Thanks Leslie, I got the link!
Descriptive Titles for Case Studies?
I wonder if it would be possible to add descriptive titles to the case studies? Or just a brief, one-line summary? I have wanted to refer to certain part to listen again, but it is hard to remember which case study had which topics or slides. Thank you! (I posted this in the Dr Boz classroom too)

I have typed up a bullet point list of topics covered in each case study from my notes. If I have time, I will try to come up with a short, descriptive title for each. But if we are able to put this list of topics covered somewhere, I think that would be helpful too! Case Studies Topics #9 Lola, w/Dr. William Sauve · Faith, depression & healing therapies · Low ferritin/iron #8 Pauline · Microbiome/intestinal permeability slides · Mast cell activation #7 Fiona · Uric acid, glucose & gout · Uric acid trifecta: high ketones, sardine intake, weight loss · Febuxostat and flushing out uric acid #6 Joe · Aging and the keto diet · Supplements · Prostate cancer #5 Catherine · Slides: how cholesterol is processed · Labs analysis: standard lipid panel and NMR · “Sticky” blood vs. “oily” blood · Hormone therapy and bone density #4 Shelley · Labs, timing of blood testing & starting keto · Heart irregularities/palpitations, high BP & meds · Weight loss impact on BP, BP slides · Ablation · Magnesium & magnesium floats · Labs: inflammation markers · Terzepatide while in ketosis · Bacon #3 Wendy · A1c slides & Type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance – how sugar is processed · Glucose vs. insulin slides · Cold bedroom studies · C8 & C10 oil supplementation, magnesium floats, eating time & weight loss · Slides: soft plaque formation & inflammation · Labs: inflammatory markers #2 Olivia · Trauma & depression · Multiple sclerosis · Insulin resistance & how it manifests · Keto mojo graph analysis · Use of exogenous ketones · Uric acid, ketones, glucose · Magnesium floats · Bone pain and febuxostat #1 Kimberly · Menopause & weight gain · Slides: how the liver processes sugar · Keto mojo graph analysis: why is blood sugar not coming down? · The sardine challenge · Insulin resistance and measuring fasting insulin · Use of butter to trigger ketone production · Labs: liver enzymes · Labs will take time: “Sticky” blood is worse than “oily” blood
Potassium Supplement?
We have talked a lot about supplementing with magnesium. I have also heard of potassium as a lesser mentioned supplement that is beneficial for blood pressure. What does Dr. Boz think of that?

And potassium?
Uric Acid and Glucose Levels
Dr. Boz mentioned recent research (possibly still not yet peer reviewed?) indicating that a blood glucose of 105 or less was necessary to reduce/prevent the conversion of glucose eventually into uric acid. Was that 105 a morning reading? Or a 105 average glucose?
Sleep
Needs big improvement. I am in bed at least 8 hours, but I wake up a lot (1-3 x/night) and look at my phone. Last night was particularly bad with 8 hours, but 3 wake ups, so 5 hours.
