When I was filling out the diagnosis form for students it became very clear that I could have checked almost every box for myself AND I love my brain AND I sure wish I had known about this when I was younger - it would have saved so much angst about feeling different.

🔥 14 Content Pieces with the 3 Block Method!
I just got done with my first official Block 1 (content creation/creativity block of the Admori 3 Block Method) and it really is kind of genius!! I got a lot of content creation done, which is often times the hardest thing for me to do. And because of the 3 block method I’ve got: - 1 Substack Article - 5 Substack notes - 5 Threads - 1 IG Carousel - 1 IG Story - 1 IG Reel Let’s gooooo!! Ready for block 2. Looking forward to building momentum with this. 🔥
