There is something deeply satisfying about turning simple ingredients into something beautiful
Soapmaking has become one of my favourite creative rituals. The process slows me down, brings me back to the present moment, and reminds me that good things take time. Today’s batch is another small step in a journey that began with a desire to create gentle, nourishing soaps for sensitive skin, including my own. Every bar is handcrafted in my studio, made in small batches, and created with care from start to finish. If you love watching artisan craftsmanship, come behind the scenes with me.

I used to make soap in my homesteading days. A lovely sense of peace and a deep feeling of accomplishment!

@Yema S. Maat In not sure why I stopped. Time? Expense?
Sometimes the breakthrough is not in doing more
The breakthrough often arrives the moment you stop forcing, chasing, and stop trying to control every outcome. Take a breath today and trust what you already know. Look at the work you have already done, not every seed grows the day it is planted. Your next step does not need to be dramatic, it simply needs to be honest. What is one thing you are being invited to trust a little more deeply right now?

@Daniel Albert this doesn’t have much to do with the topic at hand.

I mean that personal information is accessible and we should be talking about the topics of interest not personal stuff. I am fine, working hard on my neglected garden

Maker Check-In ✨
Let’s pause for a little studio check-in. What are you making, planning, testing, finishing or quietly avoiding this week? It doesn’t have to be polished or perfect. It just has to be honest. Drop your update below: 🌿 What are you working on? 🖤 What feels good right now? 🔥 What needs your attention? Small steps still count, darling. The work grows when we keep showing up.

Decluttering is the name of my game right now! I have 2 wood Fourth of July things to complete before Monday, working in the kitchen on the counter!! And I pulled weeds in the garden but didn’t get anything pruned back! Sigh

I keep telling myself that. I guess the problem is that to me the little things look so insignificant!
Your Next Answer Needs Space
Today’s energy is asking you to stop outsourcing what your spirit already knows. You do not need another opinion, another video, another sign, or another person telling you what they think you should do. Sometimes the answer is not missing. Sometimes it is simply buried beneath the noise, and the constant need to explain yourself. This is a day for coming back to your own inner room, so step back without guilt. Be quiet without making it dramatic, and let your thoughts settle long enough for your truth to rise to the surface. Your spirit has been speaking, babes, but it may need you to stop performing peace and actually make space for it. So today, do one thing that helps you hear yourself clearly. Make the tea. Open the notebook. Clear the corner. Take the walk. Cancel the thing that already felt heavy. Finish the small task that has been pulling at your energy. Your next move does not need noise, it needs honesty, space, and one grounded action. What is one thing you already know, but have been avoiding admitting to yourself?

I admit I’ve lost control of my home! I’m gone a lot, and it has gotten beyond messy.
Introduce Yourself
Welcome, beautiful souls. Let's get to know the maker behind the magic. Tell us: What do you make? Why did you start making it? Are you selling yet, preparing to sell, or still finding your rhythm? What would you love to support inside this community? No pressure to sound polished. We are here for the real maker, not the perfect performance.
