♣️ Who's thinking about changing clubs for next year??
I'm curious please vote below. Depending on the votes, Yul and I might be running a special training for swimmers and parents who want to switch to another club. We have been part of many successful transitions and we know what to do (and what to avoid!!) to find a great team & coach. Vote HERE 👇

@Amelie Erasmus it’s the same in Seth’s group - 15 senior boys 16-18 and no girls. I’m hoping next season some of the girls come up from the other group. It’s hard to be an only girl so kudos to you

@David Karasek the only trouble is the coach is leaving from that group he has been amazing so all up in the air but that’s next seasons problem for now its swim camp now (but same timings) when we go to England next week I’ll try to get a couple of weeks and the English squad he’s with (never swam there but need a uk base)

techsuit size
hi the tech suit (arena powerskin st next) im wearing in video is size 28 uk, i wore it easily and it isnt super tight as you see in video, size 26uk i wore it in 5min to get it fully up and it was very tight my buttcrack was about to show and it felt like it im going to rip it which one should i buy 28 size or 26 size, is the tech suit in the video 28 good enough or does a perfect tech suit need to be tighter than this also i wore it under a minute

@David Karasek Seth is actually getting coaching from Jack Mackmillan so he’s getting weekly race analysis! Amazing right! Jack is swimming today in finals in Glasgow!

💠 What NOT to do when you swim a new PB
This is important to understand for both swimmers AND parents. Watch the video and share in the comments what your Go To answer is after you just hit a PB. Be honest. Whatever your answer is, it's ok 😊 There's no place for judgement in this group. Only growth. And new PB's!!

This is so true - Seth is his own worst critic even when he has swum a PB, there’s always a but. I always cheer it up for what it is though - a life time bests swim.
