👋Heyyy Book Bosses! Happy weekend! I hope you are all having a good one! 🥳 Wow its HOT HOT HOT here in the UK right now! Great weather for working outside in the shade with a cool glass of elderflower and cucumer fizz! 😋 I wanted to write this post now that we already have some Book Bosses who are making regular monthly profits and monthly royalties from their book publishing journey here inside the Academy (🥳WOOHOOOOO TO THAT BY THE WAY!🥳) I wanted to inspire you ALL to take your self-publishing a little bit more seriously and step things up a notch! So........HOW can you do this!? Well what I find is the worst thing that can happen when you join the Book Boss Academy is that you go into analysis paralysis and you end up publishing absolutely nothing! And the reason for this is really you are trying to publish a book that is beyond your current ability so the easiest way to deal with that is to not publish anything at all! If this is you......instead of trying to overthink things and publish something really amazing.............just publish a journal or a weight loss diary or a field log book or something really plain and simple and easy! Because learning the whole publishing process itself and learning HOW to create your two files and learning HOW to create your book cover............all of that is HARD ENOUGH right at the very beginning............so please try to keep things SUPER SUPER SIMPLE whilst you just learn and get familiar with the whole process! ___________ HAVE A BOOK PUBLISHING SCHEDULE TOO!! Also............set yourself a strict MINIMUM book publishing schedule too and add it physically into your calendar at first when you are first starting to publish books! Because as we all know all too well.....the days can flash past and then the weeks and months can easily fall down the toilet along with all the days. Before you know it............3 months passed and you didnt publish a single book!! And you feel frustrated and annoyed with yourself!

If you would like to have someone to be your friend, support you, be your accountability and your biggest cheerleader, then you need a book buddy in your life. REVIEWS. You can get genuine reviews by sharing your book link with other book buddies which will help to boost your sales. How does it work? 1. If you want a book buddy, go to the first tab in Google sheet (see link at the bottom) and add your name on the vertical and horizontal line. Send me a DM with your timezone and I will pair you up with someone in a similar timezone. I will message you back to let you know who you have been paired up with as well as highlighting it on the sheet. 2. If you want reviews, go to the last tab in Google sheet (see link at the bottom) and add your name on the vertical line. Then add in your book links so that other book bosses can see your books. 3. To show that you are reviewing others, go to the middle tab in Google sheet (see link at the bottom) and add your name on the vertical and horizontal line. Every time you review a member's book, please place a 1 in the intersected box (reviewers are in pink and authors are in blue) and if you review more than one book from the same person, just up it by 1 each time.
