Day 88 I am responsible for keeping my stress levels in check.
Sometimes, it is very easy to point the finger at external factors, tech, family, our boss, Ai... there's always the culprit for our stress levels. The truth is that we have an obligation (towards ourselves) to recognise triggers, situations, symptoms and say to ourselves 'Wait a sec. Let's look after my emotions, my health, my wellbeing... before stress consumes me to the point that I am not functioning at my potential'. It's an act of self care and ultimately a generous act towards others. Our partners, our families, our friends don't want to see us stressed, our bosses even less (😂)! So, this weekend, RESET time! Have a great, relaxing & blissful weekend peeps! 🌈🌻
Day 87 I am responsible for buying my lottery ticket.
You can’t meet luck if you are not proactive! I’m buying a lottery ticket this weekend. What would you do if you won a million pounds/dollars/euros/yens? 🌻🌈

Day 86 I am responsible for my own success
Knowing what you want is half the battle. Knowing how to get it and committing everyday to small actions towards the goal... that's the hard part. When willpower is not enough, there a few factors that can help: Partner/ friends / family - that's why we need to share our goals and let them know how important these are to us Routines - if they are well set and established, we'll get things done, whether we like it or not. Phone alarms and calendar reminders. We need to set of course and never delete them. 😉 A clear road map and a PLAN B - in case we stray from the path (like a recovery plan). No pointing fingers. No 'life gets in the way'. No 'I don't have time'. There's always time to do the right thing. What helps you 'stay on track'?
