Instead of just talking about the idea of dispatching, the video did a good job explaining real responsibilities like communicating with drivers, finding loads and managing schedules. It gave me a better understanding of how important dispatchers are in the industry. So overall, this welcome video i just watched is a great resource for anyone thinking about starting a new career in freight dispatching.

I use to work at TQL as a broker. It was a great learning experience but how they treat drivers was why I left the job. I see the value in having great carriers and I wanted to be an advocate for them. Be careful working with frieght brokers. They get paid to low-ball carriers and dispatchers.
