Just Getting Through the Days?
Be honest… are you just getting through the days right now? Showing up, pushing through, but still feeling stuck or drained? You’re not the only one. But staying there won’t change anything. Sometimes you don’t need more effort, you need a reset. That’s what the *Complete 180 Conference (April 6–8, virtual)* is for. Clarity. Confidence. A real shift in how you show up. If you’ve been feeling it… this is your sign. https://impact-courses.com/conference849473

This conference really helped me shift my mindset and do a Complete 180 with how I approach my career, my classroom, and my personal time!!!
Running on Empty? It’s Time for a Reset.
How long have you been running on empty? Not tired…I mean really drained from trying to do everything right. Lesson plans. Behavior. Expectations. Pressure. And still feeling like you're falling short. That’s a heavy place to sit in. But what if you didn’t need more effort…Just a better reset? The Complete 180 Conference (April 6–8) is built for educators who are ready to get clarity, rebuild confidence, and actually feel impactful again. No fluff. Just real shifts that change how you show up. If you’re ready for that reset:https://impact-courses.com/conference849473

My new mindset has been to reset daily. I remind myself: "Yesterday is done and gone, but today I have the opportunity to make joy, peace, and productivity my superpowers. It could just be me, but I feel it's created a shield of protection from the naysayers, Debbie Downers and Negative Nancys.

From Respect to Rapport
Respect is the foundation. Rapport is the spark. Without respect, students won’t listen. Without rapport, they won’t invest. Respect comes from fairness, being consistent with everyone. Rapport comes from connection, listening, laughing, sharing life. Practical steps: Be clear and fair with expectations. -Show up consistently, no favorites. -Take time to know students individually. -Share pieces of your own story. When respect and rapport meet, students don’t just comply, they commit. And when they believe in you, they’ll rise to what you call them to be
