Most people spend their lives trying to improve their "I can." "I can lose the weight." "I can build the business." "I can become more confident." "I can change my life." But every I can is built on an I am. If you believe... "I am disciplined." Then I can stay consistent. If you believe... "I am a leader." Then I can influence others. If you believe... "I am worthy." Then I can build healthy relationships. Your abilities don't create your identity. Your identity creates your abilities. Change your I AM... And your I CAN will begin to follow. Who do you need to become before you focus on what you want to achieve?

Sometimes the hardest seasons make us wonder if things will ever change. Keep showing up. Keep doing the next right thing. Growth is rarely loud. Most of the time, it happens quietly—in the choices you make, the resilience you build, and the faith you refuse to let go of. Don’t give up on yourself. Most people spend their lives collecting evidence for why they can't. Today, let's try something different. For the next 24 hours, I want you to choose a new identity and actively look for evidence that it's already becoming true. ### Step 1: Choose Your Identity Complete this sentence: I am someone who ____________________. Examples: • I am someone who follows through. • I am someone who is supported. • I am someone who creates opportunities. • I am someone who handles challenges calmly. • I am someone who takes action. ### Step 2: Give Your Brain A Target Say: "Brain, show me evidence that this is true." ### Step 3: Become An Evidence Collector Throughout the day, look for proof. Big or small. A kind message. A productive conversation. A difficult task that felt easier than expected. An opportunity. A moment of courage. Each time you notice one, simply say: Evidence. ### Step 4: Act From Your New Identity Ask yourself: "What would this version of me do right now?" Then take one small action. ### Step 5: Report Back Tomorrow Before you go to bed, write: Today, I saw evidence that... Then come back here tomorrow and share what you noticed. 👇 What identity are you choosing for the next 24 hours? And if you're willing, reply to at least one other member and help them spot evidence they may have missed.
