So I guess it's natural that after the excitement of an initial launch things die down, but this is starting to freak me out. We were at 99% engagement for ages which has dropped right down to 84%, I've had 31 people churn last month and new members coming in has stalled considerably to just 1 or 2 a day. This health score from Wingman has totally made me worry, especially the bottom left box with a Rank score of -66623! Please, any and all insights most appreciated! I've got to be honest here, I'd really love to win this Blitz thing but I have absolutely no idea what it is or how to take part in it. I'm not very good at reading stuff, so I'll probably be really embarrassed when someone points me to the classroom. Information seeking never was my strength.
