Is that basically how you do it, or do you keep the other apps running the whole time? Also, how do you handle cross-app stacking? For example, if you already accepted a DoorDash order and then Uber Eats sends you another offer, what has to line up for you to accept that second order? Do you only cross-stack if the pickups are in the same plaza or restaurant area? Do the drop-offs have to be going the same direction? How much extra distance or time are you willing to add before it becomes too risky?
