I wanted to share a little story that happened to me today. I started my Automation Agency, Iceflow.AI, around six months ago. I have spent those last six months working almost every single day on it. That business has now opened up other opportunities (such as this Skool community!). Well, Today, I received an offer to sell IceFlow.AI. None of this would have happened without the decision to just start my business and see what happens. I had no idea if it would work, but I worked as if it was a sure thing. I have been in the automation space for about two years but only started consulting six months ago. I learned many skills and intricacies of business over the last 6 months, and the most important is that no one can take the skills and knowledge you have If I were to sell my business, it wouldn't take me 6 months to get back to where I am with a new agency; it would take me 1 month. I know how to set up the systems; I have it down to a tee now. The day after I sold it, I would have a cold email system warming up and I would be registering a new business. Within a month I would be ready to compete with the buyer of Iceflow😂 The point I am trying to make here is that it isn't the business name, website, or domain that is valuable. It's the knowledge and ability to execute habits that grow businesses that matter, and you learn all of the skills and habits by taking action and launching your businesses or helping others do so. Take action for yourself and your goals
