Hi Community. I don't know if this post violates any community rules, but if it does, I apologize! I'm not promoting my business per se, just sharing what I found interesting. Context: I was watching a YouTube video of an artist talking about 'being stuck' and ways to create ideas / promote creativity. His comments got me thinking about our AI space and the need for and the importance of creativity. Previously, I built a small internal agent that creates an "Insights" article for my website. I've spent over 500 hours inside Claude's ecosystem, so I ranked every feature from D tier all the way up to S tier based on how much each one actually changes my day-to-day knowledge work and automation. Then I walk through my top 12 in order and explain exactly why each one earned its spot. Keep in mind I'm doing a lot of automation and knowledge work, not heavy software engineering, so you'll probably disagree with some of my placements. Day 3 exercise building a Skill produced an unexpected learning: My workflow agent behaved differently in Claude Code versus Claude Cowork. It appears that each tool (e.g., Code, Cowork) has a slightly different approach to reading workflow files, which led to the need to add a Skill to the Day 1 agent for Claude Cowork to use. Interesting.
