Yes, religion without exposure to this type of behavior leaves you vulnerable to becoming a victim of manipulation. Unfortunately, narcissists seem to like religion because they can use your faith to hold you hostage to their toxic behavior. The amazing part is as much as they profess to love you in the beginning, you begin to let your guard down. Things appear great. However, as soon as someone tries to hold them accountable, they will turn on you like a rabid dog!!! They give lies and butterflies , with a dose of (evil) poison.

I learned that lesson the hard way. I really enjoy supporting your efforts. I’ve learned a lot about myself. After 2 divorces. I was not healed at all. Although I’m on the healing journey progressing and strengthening in my singleness, your talks really keep me centered. I stand in the gap for those who are new to there healing journey. I will not make the session on Wednesday because I am returning back to work. If we are slow, I may be able to stop in. If know that pray for success in reaching others as God heals you. We all are a work in progress, but I see God is doing a work in you, so pressing forward!
