I am here to help people stuck in survival mode overcome nervous system dysregulation by using breath, sound, and body-based work, so they can feel safe, clear, and in control of their life again. This matters because I’ve lived it and I’ve seen how many people remain stuck despite seeking help, because the patterns held in the body aren’t being directly addressed.

Some of my Limiting beliefs are 1: I’m used to being hyper independent /new belief is I’m now asking for help when I need it. 2: I’m nervous about joining new groups online/ New belief is: it is safe for me to explore new like minded groups and contribute to the ones I am drawn to that resonate with me. 3: I don’t have enough money right now to start my dream business and I don’t even know where to start. New belief: I am making time and taking small but valuable steps each day toward my goals. By doing this first,I am building my business with a sturdy foundation.

When your in alignment with your purpise everything flows effortlessly!!! My daughter made me a new ticktock and in 3 days we were blasting off!!! There generation is better at socials lol felt so humbled and honored to give it over to her! We are building this kingdom as a family 🙏🫶👑💓💎
