Sorry for being mia! I was at an empowerment retreat. How do you balance family, business, growth, sanity, community, friends, travel and self? What are your tips and tricks. It was tough missing two important business calls, days of development, and having to jump back into family. I went from stress to instant overwhelm. Woooowee. I’m determined but this week was intense!!!!

Dear FTP family ..3 things that make me Unique: 1. Multifaceted, lived in different countries, speak fluently Russion and Italian, understand different cultures and perspectives. 2. Released a lot of trauma, overcame anxiety and depression, learned how to be centered, peaceful and balanced in every day life. Teach kundalini yoga, Egyptian numerology, do energy healing and meditation. 3. Love traveling, nature, adventure, chanting, kirtan, dancing, be in the water, skiing.

I just want to take a moment to share my excitement and gratitude for this course. I have never paid for any type of coaching course due to my personal fear of being seen. I remember having a pep-talk with myself that the time is NOW, so I began asking the universe for a coaching opportunity to present itself and within 24 hours the divine answered. I have finally set a date to host an energetic boundaries class with my mom on December 3rd. We already have 6 deposits for the course, and I haven't even marketed it yet. I also started a relationship podcast which is something I have been wanting to do for years. Both of these are such huge accomplishments for me because I have been terrified of putting myself out there fully and being seen. I feel so empowered NOW! I just want to take a minute to encourage anyone who is still struggling to just DO IT! The hardest part is overcoming our self-limiting belief or fear of needing it to be perfect or feeling we aren't ready. I still don't feel ready sometimes, but I am doing it and I am learning with trial and error. <3

#Creating Your Policies I feel sometimes I still deal with a bit of reversed cultural shock, aka I still find hard to professionally re-adapt to Italy having living both in the States and Canada.. So far, I haven't seen that applied in Italy.. from doctors to any type of therapist they are very flexible with clients's delays or cancellations.. clients sometimes the advantage of that.. On the other hand, when I lived in Vancouver (BC) a physiotherapist wanted a 3 days notice for cancellation. My gut is suggesting me that a 24 hrs reschedule/ cancellation policy fits me, as I feel I will need boundaries to actually being able to be fully present with my clients, yet I wonder if people will understand that. no policies= pros: more flexibility /understanding for clients, less rigidity cons: possible chaos, resentment, anxiety about delays/getting payed, etc policies = pros: more structure/ organization/ time and space to focus on the important stuff, aka coaching people cons: more rigidity for clients last minute changes.. sometimes life happens unexpectedly I realized in my case this dilemma is related also to how much to charge.. ommmm
