Bio: Rediscovered cycling seven years ago at 63. Since then I have completed five gran fondos (100 km +) and want to keep riding them until I'm 90+.

Bio: Started my fitness journey in my 30s as a runner, then bought a bike. Did triathlon for a bit. Now just cycle. I want to get as fit as possible!
