There was a free music festival somewhat close to where I live and I was able to move around and take pictures of the artists. It was really fun, great atmosphere.

I went to an open mic and took some pictures since I hadn't been anywhere in a while. Here are a few of the photos 😊.

I went to a tavern where they hold open mic contests and I took a bunch of photos. The artists had to sing two original songs and some of them were amazing. These are my favorite photos of the night.

So couple of weeks ago, I used flash in my photoshoot. Here are 2 results from that session. I only used flash for the audience. Believe me or not but whenever there is another photographer working with you and if they see flash going off they might wanna throw brick at you (jk) Anyway here is the thing, if you are doing photoshoot do not hesitate to use long exposure. It might not turn out well but if it does, you will be trying to get those alot. Now, i have been doing long exposure most of the time so I like it and I can say out of 20, 2/3 will come out good. But you will love it. Sometimes I find it difficult because you are in the same position just moving your hand back and forth. Weird but trust the process. And 3rd photo has also helped me to win small award. However, that was 1 best out of 47. Thank you reading this long rant. Enjoy shooting. P.s: if you are shooting for a dj or club flash is allowed
