🌸 JULY BLOSSOM CHALLENGE 🌸
Theme: BLOSSOM — God Is Growing, Restoring & Strengthening You 📖 Scripture of the Month: “Consider the lilies, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin, yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.” — Luke 12:27 🌱 July Declaration: “I am planted by God. I am strengthened through every season. I will bloom in His timing.” 🌸 BLOSSOM DEVOTION: Enduring the Heat & Rain Flowers do not grow because life is always easy. Flowers grow because they endure. 🌞 They endure the heat of the sun. 🌧️ They endure storms and rain. 🌱 They endure hidden seasons underground before anyone sees their beauty. The same is true for us. There are seasons where God allows us to experience pressure, stretching, waiting, and growth. The heat may represent the trials that test our faith. The rain may represent the tears, challenges, and moments that water our growth. But just like flowers, we were created to survive seasons and still bloom. God does not forget the flower He planted—and He does not forget you. Jesus reminded us that if God takes care of the lilies of the field, He will surely take care of His daughters. 🌸 Reflection: What season are you in right now? Are you in a season of: 🌱 Planting? 🌿 Growing? 🌧️ Enduring the rain? 🌞 Learning through the heat? 🌸 Preparing to bloom? Remember: the same God who created the flower knows how to sustain it. 💛 BOOK OF JULY: JOB — THE GOD OF RESTORATION 📖 Job 42:10 “And the Lord restored the fortunes of Job, when he had prayed for his friends.” Job experienced a season where everything seemed lost. He dealt with fear, uncertainty, grief, and the temptation to rely only on himself. God used Job’s journey to reveal that his security was not found in what he had—it was found in who God was. Job learned: ✨ God gives. ✨ God can allow seasons of loss. ✨ God restores. ✨ God can bless again—even greater than before. Just like a flower that looks buried in winter but blooms again in spring, God can restore what you thought was gone.

BLOOM TO BLOSSOM
🌸 Good morning, Fit Moms! 🌸 Today’s devotion came from Psalm 150:6: 📖 “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord!” If you woke up with breath in your body this morning, you have a reason to praise Him. Praise Him when you feel strong. Praise Him when you feel weak. Praise Him when you’re motivated. Praise Him when you’re not. Praise Him when life is going well. Praise Him when you’re in the middle of a storm. Even if you feel unworthy, praise Him.Even if you feel like you don’t hear Him as clearly right now, praise Him.Even if you’ve made mistakes, failed, fallen short, or feel downcast, praise Him anyway. Praise is not based on our feelings—it is based on who God is. As we move into our Daniel Discipline challenge, don’t worry about rushing to start. Seek the Lord about whether He is calling you to a 10-day or 21-day discipline and when He wants you to begin. Remember, our word for June is BLOOMING. 🌱 There is a difference between blooming and blossoming. Blooming is our obedience.Blossoming is God’s outcome. Our responsibility is to plant, water, pray, trust, obey, and remain faithful. God’s responsibility is the increase. 📖 “I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase.” — 1 Corinthians 3:6 Whether you begin your discipline in June and finish in June, or begin in June and blossom into July, don’t rush the process. Flowers don’t become beautiful overnight. They become beautiful through proper timing, sunshine, rain, storms, pruning, and growth. God is not asking us to be quick. He’s asking us to be faithful. Start small.Stay consistent.Stay committed.Stay connected. We’re learning that our job is obedience and God’s job is the outcome. So today, let’s keep blooming:🌸 Mentally🌸 Physically🌸 Spiritually🌸 Emotionally🌸 Relationally🌸 Financially🌸 Nutritionally🌸 Maritally🌸 Generationally🌸 Entrepreneurially Continue watering your gardens and trust God with the harvest. Let’s praise Him with every breath He has given us and trust that in His perfect timing, what is blooming today will blossom tomorrow.

Right on time and in alignment with the season God has me in. I am leaning to be obedient and trust God to work out the rest. Growth is coming, in Jesus’ Name #BLOOMING

@Niqua Isaac I literally heard this word from God and I had it written in my journal. Be obedient and allow me to do the rest
10-Day or 21-Day Daniel Discipline Challenge 🌱
🌱 FITMOMS HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT: Today we discussed discipline, consistency, consecration, and seeking the Lord in every area of our lives. Your homework is to prayerfully choose either a 10-Day Daniel Discipline or a 21-Day Daniel Discipline. Don’t choose based on what sounds impressive—choose based on what the Lord is leading you to do. The goal is not perfection; the goal is obedience, consistency, and commitment. 📖 Daniel said: “Please test your servants for ten days: Give us nothing but vegetables to eat and water to drink.” — Daniel 1:12 Daniel and his friends chose discipline over compromise. They trusted God and remained set apart. Then after the ten days: 📖 “At the end of the ten days they looked healthier and better nourished than any of the young men who ate the royal food.” — Daniel 1:15 And later Scripture says: 📖 “To these four young men God gave knowledge and understanding of all kinds of literature and learning.” — Daniel 1:17 Their discipline wasn’t just physical—it produced spiritual, mental, and intellectual blessings as well. This challenge is not necessarily about eating only vegetables and drinking only water. It is about asking God what He wants you to surrender, strengthen, or steward for the next 10 or 21 days. Some examples of disciplines you may choose: ✅ Daily Bible reading✅ Reading Psalm 91 every morning and evening✅ No sweets or sugary drinks✅ No emotional eating✅ No social media before prayer time✅ Prayer walks each day✅ Drinking more water✅ Gratitude journaling✅ Daily worship time✅ No complaining or negative self-talk✅ Going to bed earlier✅ Waking up to spend time with God before checking your phone✅ Speaking daily declarations over yourself and your family If you start with 10 days and feel led to continue, you can always extend it for 11 more days and complete the full 21-day challenge. 📖 “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much.” — Luke 16:10 We also spent time praying Psalm 91 over ourselves, our children, our families, and our loved ones.

BLOOM IN JUNE ! 6/1
🌿👑 FITMOM NOTES – BLOOM IN JUNE 👑🌿 Good morning, ladies! What a powerful time together today! 💛 🌿 Today’s Word: “Seek His Face. Receive His Grace. Allow All Things to Fall Into Place.” When we seek God first, we don’t have to strive, toil, or force things to happen. His grace gives us the strength, wisdom, and direction we need for every area of our lives. 📖 Ephesians 5:15-16“Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.” 🌱 TEND THE GARDEN Today we talked about putting our hands to the plow and tending the gardens God has entrusted to us. Our SOUL Goals: 🧠 Mental💪 Physical🙏 Spiritual❤️ Emotional🤝 Relational💰 Financial🥗 Nutritional Bonus Gardens: 👨‍👩‍👧 Generational💍 Marital🚀 Entrepreneurial A healthy garden doesn’t grow by accident. It grows through intentional watering, pruning, and daily stewardship. ✨ JUST DO IT Stop waiting until you feel ready. Stop waiting until you feel motivated. Stop focusing on the flesh. Walk by faith. Nike says “Just Do It,” but heaven has been saying that all along. Obedience produces fruit. 📖 “Whatever you do, do it heartily, as unto the Lord.” 🌿 DIE DAILY Every day we choose to lay down: ❌ Excuses❌ Fear❌ Laziness❌ Distractions❌ Old mindsets❌ Old habits So that Christ can increase in us. We are becoming the Bride of Christ—prepared, purified, and ready. No spot.No wrinkle. No compromise. Just surrender. 💛 🌸 JUNE = BLOOM IN JUNE This month we are not shrinking back. We are blooming. We are growing. We are watering our gardens. We are putting our hands to the plow and not looking back. We are seeking His face, receiving His grace, and allowing everything to fall into place according to His perfect will. 💛 Homework:Spend time with the Lord today and ask: 🌱 Which garden needs the most attention right now?🌱 What needs to be pruned?🌱 What needs to be watered?🌱 What am I being called to “just do” in faith? Fasting & Prayer Wk 3
Good evening FitMoms 💪🏾✨ Today we closed our “Open Doors & Cleaning House” series by aligning our physical discipline with spiritual cleansing. We also set the “when, what, and how” for our fast this week—and this message will help you know exactly how to participate intentionally and prayerfully. 🔥 THIS WEEK’S FAST FOCUS We are fasting with intention to: - Close every open door in our lives - Break unhealthy cycles - Clean up spiritual and physical “housekeeping” - Realign our bodies, minds, and spirits with God’s order - Walk in discipline, clarity, and freedom This is not just about abstaining—it is about surrender and alignment. 🕊️ WHAT WE ARE FASTING FROM Choose prayerfully and be honest with yourself. This may include: - Food patterns that are out of control or addictive (sugar, snacking, overeating) - Social media distractions or excessive scrolling - Negative entertainment or music - Emotional eating or coping habits - Complaining, gossip, or negative speech - Any “comfort habits” that weaken discipline Ask the Holy Spirit to highlight what your “open doors” are. 🙏 WHAT WE ARE PRAYING ABOUT This week we are covering: - Revelation: “Lord, show me what I’ve ignored or tolerated” - Repentance: turning away from anything that opens doors to the enemy - Deliverance from cycles of inconsistency, distraction, and compromise - Healing in emotional, physical, and spiritual areas - Strength to walk in discipline and consistency - Restoration of prayer life, health, and purpose - Clarity and renewed focus for God’s calling on our lives 📖 FOUNDATION SCRIPTURE 1 Corinthians 6:19–20Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit—so we are honoring God with how we eat, move, think, and live. 🧠 REFLECTION WORK (DO THIS DAILY) 😴 Where have I been “asleep”? - Prayer life - Discipline - Health - Emotional healing - Time management - Calling / purpose - Relationships 🪦 What areas feel “dead” or neglected? - What have I stopped believing for? - What have I given up on too early? - What needs to be revived?
