Hi all, excited to be apart of this community! I'm based out of sf and currently playing with a babolat aeropro drive with mach 10 and hyper g strings! Looking for any recs of strings, exercises for strengthening (helping with tennis elbow and others), and strength training exercises that might be helpful! Thank you :)

I used that mach-10/hyper g combo too last time. Shaped poly and round cross 🔥🔥🔥

Hi everyone! Tennis/noodle soup enthusiast and weekend warrior here. I've been demoing the Defyer 100 with shaped poly in the mains and a round poly in the crosses at 50/48 lbs. Happy to be adding more exercise to the daily life with this challenge. Hope to see you all out on court sometime!

@Eric Santos Yes! Even though I used to use the Blade 98, I prefer the 100 mainly because of the higher swing weight out of the box and the larger sweet spot. The 98 pro is headlight and whippy which responds well to a few grams at 3 & 9 o'clock. I like my racquets with just an overgrip and a dampener so the 100 felt the best from the first hit. 🎾
Strings
Right now I am using all poly strings. However if I play for a few days, my elbow definitely starts to hurt. I am thinking of switching to hybrid (multifilament + poly). I’m thinking probably otoro and not sure what multifilament string. If there are any recommendations on strings or other things I am grateful for anything!

A lot of poly strings still play well in the 40s if you haven’t tried lowering your tension yet. If you’re still experiencing pain when you try the hybrid (poly mains, multifilament cross) you can flip it and put the softer string in the mains instead.

Hey everyone! I’m Mike and I split my time between Roseville and Fremont. I coach and play tennis. I use a Yonex Ezone 98 with Hyper-G Soft. Looking forward to connecting with more cool tennis people!
