Tradingview lag?
I was paper trading this morning because Tradingview was lagging a lot on opening and closing trades. it took over 20 seconds to close a trade that was at +250 and by the time it closed was -168. I am using the desktop app on a windows machine. (ugh) I prefer Mac but not sure...Even the browser app was lagging a lot. Any ideas? Anyone else having these issues this morning? Hesitant to try my challenge account now.

It's so bad for me too lately. I won't take regular trades on TV because of this. Broker only trades for me.

@Fred Henderson If you are going to manual trade I recommend WealthCharts 100%. It will take some time to figure out, but there are a ton of videos. It is a charting system and a broker with the ability to copy trade across any prop that uses wealthcharts. If you want to use the Algo sold here you have to stick to Tradovate for now.
Wealth 365 Summit
Do yourself a favor and make some time for this free event https://www.wealth365.com/. Lots of great speakers presenting. I highly recommend listening to Rob Hoffman. I've spent a lot of time binge watching WealthCharts TV this week. I was intimidated in the beginning with the WealthCharts platform because, let's face it, It is not really for beginners. But I doubled down this week and my confidence has been restored. I will listen to anything and everything this guy puts out. Thank me later 🙃

The power and protection of scaling with low risk
Why invest in a few accounts to add to the algo each month? Because tiny risk can achieve this in one trade when it's multiplied by many accounts.

@Tana Whicker Do you get a notification when it takes trades or are you watching it all day?
ORB Indicator
@Kyle Henris I've been wondering something for a while so I figured it's time I asked. In the original course material for the older indicators I noticed that it says the course material for the ORB indicator was coming. It does seem the group has taken a different path with the ALGO and Last Son strategies instead. We don't talk much about Superman and Jedi entries at all anymore and that's fine but I still am curious. I do use the opening range breakout and have used the indicator for a few months now and it is pretty successful about 85-90% of the time. But I'm always wondering If I'm doing something wrong because it doesn't paint the opening range lines where I think they should go...at the top and bottom of the time range specified. In my case I use 15 minutes. I haven't said anything because I figure there is a method to the madness but as with everything I need to know why. Since I use TopStep I have to manually paint the lines on that chart but they never match yours. I've included a picture of tonight's ORB from Asia session (7/1/26) for reference on a 5 min timeframe. The Top of ORB at 6pm-6:15pm is $30,109.25 - $30,050.75 on MNQ but the indicator paints it in a different place $30,111 - $30,60.50 In this case it's only a few dollars difference but there are days where it is off quite a bit. I'm just wondering why the lines don't paint at the top and bottom of the opening range. I haven't changed any settings other than the timeframe I'm using during each session. I thought it was maybe just a secret setting in the code and I'm not supposed to know, but I went back and watched the video again and it does say that it paints the lines at the top and bottom of ORB so from one educator to another can you explain to me the why behind it?

Today was a good example. Big difference between the Market ORB and Invest CEO. If it's like a secret sauce code I can respect that but it's not how the class explained it so this is why I'm confused. settings are at default. 9:30-15:00 - 15 minute range

@Ryan Henris got it. Thanks!
Trading This Week
Curious who will not trade Wednesday and Thursday due to the stock market “red folder” days? I for one will turn off the algos for sure those two days. Learned my lesson a couple of weeks ago during the last red folder days.

I'm so glad you posted this I completely forgot and probably would have regretted it. Turned it off. Thanks!
