Good morning All!!! I reallly , really, really need your help with creating a game plan and part time schedule to work Friday-Sunday until I can fire my current boss and pursue being an agent full time. @Shayla Robinson that is a great goal. I know an agent that was very successful working weekends just like that. She said what it came down to for her was set appointments. Full time agents should pursue 12-15 appointments a week and part time 6-8 appointments per week. If your sole focus and goal is 8 appointments for the week, you can be successful. I promise it is that simple. It's not easy but it is simple just make that your "one thing." I would say one option would be to have a large amount of leads and take Friday and Saturday morning and dial until you have 8 appointments that you can run on Saturday afternoon Sunday. What would help a lot is to find one evening on Wednesday or Thursday, and try to get an appointment or 2 so come Friday, you are ahead! Hope that helps. There are also dial rooms on Saturday morning I would highly encourage you to have open on your computer and listen to dials in between your own it is very helpful
