One thing I have consistently noticed when reviewing resumes is that many talented professionals struggle not because they lack experience, but because their achievements and strengths are not presented clearly enough to capture a recruiter’s attention. Small adjustments in structure, clarity, and how results are communicated can make a meaningful difference in how a resume is received.
