What's your opinion on fat loss and cardio?
Do you think cardio really matters for fat loss? I've heard mixed opinions on it. I know dudes with abs that don't do intentional cardio and I know dudes who think it's mandatory. I personally look at cardio training in the sense that if anything goes wrong, can I carry or drag my loved ones for any significant distance without gassing out? But I don't really think it matters for fat loss per se a compared to diet.
