20 min power kettlebell and empty stomach abs💪🏆😜 done! Goes really well together. Love these short sessions! I would advise to rethink even dinner if you are doing it in the morning😂 About questions: The most disgusting thing during concert? I do not think I can top up your story Andrea😜 . What I eat in a day? I think I eat a lot 😂 and would like to know more what should I eat. The video with advice on nutrition would be very wellcome. However, you are right, I am also never hungry after exersises. Have a great day today champions and Happy Valentines! I am off to have some guilt-free chocolate😍

Great, thank you, @Andrea Smallbone! Always hard to do, but feels great after! The video was perfect. I love that you are back online. The funny thing is that I made the most progress doing online with you during Covid. Consistency is the key! Also, I've only done 2 classes but am surprised how much my muscles remember. Our bodies are truly amazing. Just a little suggestion: maybe a little clip-on microphone you can clip onto your phone or top. Ever way recording is good and works for me. Thank you for the class! Lets keep it up, champs💪🏆

I have not been able to do any classes lately. I had a good start but caught viral infection😷. I am back today and amazed how many classes we have now. Thank you Andrea! How did you manage? My goal to do them all . I do not know how long it is going to take but it is good to have an ambition. How are you all doing champions? Have you got some sort of routine going ? I hope to establish sort of schedule and fit it in with all the things we do everyday.

I have not been able to do any classes so today I am back and more detriment! Starting with this "lazy" workout! There is no such thing with you Andrea😂. Please do it on the empty stomach! I discovered I still have abs after 2 years of no exercises. Feels great! Thank you Andrea!

FIRST WEEK UPDATE
Hello everyone So I've heard back from SKOOL and I've also had a meeting with two other platforms that are used for fitness class communities. The issue seems to be that if you do a live class with other people joining it unless you stream it through another app such as Zoom or Vimeo, the replay will show all taking part in cool/video. It's a bit of a faff to stream through both devices, I'm from experience of Zoom for three years at times it could be glitchy. The majority of you guys registered for Online Classes are looking for playback in your own time. So I'm proposing that I post workouts as in when ready for you to do. This also means I can designate a couple of hours to recording content rather than be set times which with my really busy schedule does make it easier, and I feel the quality of class I deliver I will be better too. Talking to the reps from Mind and body and Everfit, this is how most of the trainers seem to do it. Uploading one to 2 sessions a week. I am happy to do more, and before you know, it'll be a big catalogue of stuff anyway. I also really want to build the community of this group. Sharing sharing photos, advice ups and downs all helps do that and of course incentivises and support each of you. I was also thinking once a month, we could have a dropping coffee... obviously no pressure to attend but literally make one sit down in front of the laptop and have a 20 minute catch up! Be really nice to see some of you, especially though it's not so close or I haven't seen for a while. i appreciate your feedback on all of this. Obviously, it matters to me how you feel about Stuff. But of course, there were always limitations as to what I can deliver. I've attached a little pole at the bottom! You know how much I love asking everybody's opinion ha ha ha ha. Let me know what you think and of course stick a little message on here too 👌🧘🤪🥰🫡

Recording works for me as I cannot do mornings. Shorter sessions are a good idea, 45 minutes is the max! The Skool is fine as the latest Pilates video is fine. I was doing your classes on Instagram or YouTube sometimes but it is not the same. I only did Pilates today, recorded, as I did not have time all week, and it works for me. What a way to start Sunday morning and enjoy a guilt-free breakfast! 🤩💪🏆
