Advice please Caeli
Well I’ve started and made a mistake … I’m on holiday and just involved in my opaque yarn and have ended up doing all of my section A in opaque …. However, my question is re bust darts has anyone tried it or got advice for this pattern… I do have rather large boobies 32HH and I’m tall. The Ruuju was the first I knitted with the alterations as suggested .. in that I knitted a size 3 and extended the yoke and it fits beautifully. Whereas the Thuraya I knit in a 4 or 5 ( can’t remember) and it’s a bit big across the shoulders etc. Still not finished it as I had the help of my kitten and came away with about 6 rows short of the contrast ….

My advice is to write an email to Zanete. She’s very helpful and not so much active here. Then you can shere the advice here. You have made some beautiful sweaters 💪🥳😍
Finished Refracta Sweater
It’s done! Yay! Now it just needs to be blocked. I really enjoyed working this pattern! It was so different from most patterns I do, so that was a fun change. I did make some alterations to the pattern. I didn’t add the neckband as I liked the way the collar looked without it. I only worked the body for 8.5” from underarm so that I was more of a cropped top. And I only worked one row with MC for the sleeves after separation without joining in the round then bound off to have a small cap sleeve. I’m excited to see how it fits after blocking! https://www.ravelry.com/projects/sonyanoelle/refracta-sweater

The Tawus Cardigan is now out with a step-by-step Classroom course
Tawus is the Arabic word for peacock. The name came from the lace motifs at the top of the yoke, which reminded me of a peacock tail. It is a sport weight lace cardigan using a top-down and seamless construction, which means you can try it on as you go. 😍 The upper yoke has more elaborate lacework that asks for your full attention, and there will be moments where it feels tricky. But it does click into place, and from there the lower body changes into a much simpler lace. There is a full step-by-step course available here in the Classroom that walks you through everything step by step. The pattern is available at zaneteknits.com/patterns, and because we just launched our new website, it's available for 20% less, along with all other self-published patterns, when using code WEB26. Newsletter subscribers, check today's newsletter for your exclusive code. 🎁 Offer expires end of day 10th of May, 23:59 BST and if you get any trouble with the code, please get in touch before completing the transaction as discounts can't be applied after the fact.
