Hello all, I’m Lacey Mealing, and I’m new to the group! I look forward to learning from Dr. Sung and fellow members of this group! I came across Dr. Sung’s water fast videos some time ago, and because I’m currently on a 7 day fast-63 hours in (close to 3 days….fighting the urge to eat a spoonful of peanut butter), I revisited his channel for further advice. I’m looking to improve my overall health by losing weight. I don’t have many health issues besides my cholesterol level being a little above optimal, and I have a severe wheat allergy.
