I am doing well, I had an amazing Mother's Day, spent most of it relaxing with my family. This week, I am focusing on creating health boundaries around my work/personal life. Have you ever felt like you were working so hard and had nothing to show for it? Girl, that was me until I realized I had to walk in alignment and in my purpose. So many times we do things because we want to do it, but then halfway through it, we realized it is not working. But the truth is not what your doing, it is why you're doing it.
