We are just negotiating our first deal on a mid terrace 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property and are looking at cost of cleaners and laundry services which seem very expensive. Does anyone else find this or do people clean the properties themselves to keep the costs down?

After joining Ben and Hollies academy 3 weeks ago, we have secured our first viewing for tomorrow!! Any tips on avoiding the deposit would be most appreciated?! 🥳

Hi everyone😊 I joined Ben & Hollie last Friday and I’ve just secured my first viewing! 🎉 Initially the letting agent wasn’t keen and said he didn’t think the landlord would be interested. I persevered and he said he would take the proposal to the landlord and it turns out the landlord was more than happy to consider it! So just keep pushing 🙌

Yesterday we spent approximately 6 hours scrolling through Rightmove, On The Market, Gumtree and Open Rent looking for rental properties in 3 different areas, doing the maths to see if they are a good deal then only to be told “no” by every single estate agent we contacted. Who knew it would be so tricky to find our first rent to rent!

On cloud 9 right now, just received my first booking for 7 nights!!! This is after stressing all day that my listing wasn’t showing! So happy
