Created my LLC name, got dun # and EIN #.. what do I do next? I’m ready to get a bank account and apply for grants

Hello, I am totally new to this business stuff. (Don’t judge me lol) I’ve owned and operated a business for 4 whole years without legalizing and benefiting from it outside of the income it generates. So I’m waiting on my DUNS # to be approved, how long does it typically take in Illinois?
