Hello loves! Today I want to talk about shadow work. Shadow work is all about understanding the duality of life! There is no such thing as day time without night, light without dark and absolutely no such thing as the life you deserve without understanding the trauma, hurt and triggers that you experience. Shadow work is digging into the “why am I like this” by choosing to feel the triggers all the way through for deeper understanding. No one wants to relive trauma but the truth of the matter is that it is a cycle so no matter what you will relive it just in a different way. This happens so you can understand yourself on a deeper level, heal, grow and integrate with your higher self. (We will talk about Higher Self tomorrow). You relive it all until you break the cycle.
